Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Multiple trauma; ISS = 16 points; 1. Blood drawn within 90 minutes after trauma; Blunt trauma; > 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ISS < 16 points; chronic disease; terminal disease; autoimmune disease; immune suppression; pregnancy; death within 24h after trauma
