Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: History of arterial hypertension or healthy volunteers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pregnancy, acute myocardial infarction or stroke within 14 days before the examination

Design outcomes

Primary

Measure	Time frame
The primary outcome is the successful measurement of regional aortic stiffness in healthy volunteers and patients with the help of ultrasound elastograpyh. This is a feasibility study with the purpose of introducing a new diagnostic parameter.	—
