Inclusion criteria: ? Employees from the nursing, functional or medical service of the clinic with child (ren) in infancy to adolescence ? Presence of the signed consent of the participant

| Work-Life-Balance (Trierer short scale), self-efficacy expectation (Scale self-efficacy, Jerusalem & Schwarzer), Child Health (KIDSCREEN). Participants in the intervention and waiting list control group: Before the beginning of the workshop, immediately after the end of the workshop and two months after the end of the workshop (follow-up), the Trier short scale, the self-efficacy scale and the KIDSCREEN are filled in by the participants. In addition, all the questionnaires listed below will be completed on a total of two measurement dates (June/July and probably December 2018). | — |
