Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All children between 0 and 6 years, which get in the St. Elisabeth-Hospital an adenoidectomy alone or in combination with a paracentesis with or without insertion of a tympanostomy tube.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Native language not German. In-Patient stay more than one night. Children with grave multi-handicap or syndromal primary disease.
