Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. start of an outpatient psychotherapeutical treatment (one parent) 2. patient (parent) meets the criteria for a mental disorder according to DSM-5 3. patient is caring for at least one child between 1.5-16 years of age
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patient or all children are already in psychotherapeutical treatment 2. patient has a severe mental disorder requiring inpatient treatment 3. severe impairment of all children requiring prompt treatment 4. patient shows continuous benzodiazepine use 5. insufficient German language skills
