Group 1: Seven-weeks humor training. The training consists of seven sessions once a week which last 90 minutes. In between the sessions participants have to do homework.

Inclusion criteria: subclinical symptoms of depressiveness, anxiety or exhaustion F 33.4 WITHOUT current depressive episode
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: every current mental disorder
