Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. man and woman 2. clinical indication for abdominal computer tomography (contrast enhanced) 3. laboratory parameters in compliance with internal guidelines (creatinine, GFR) 4. age =18 years, 5. informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. persons who are incapable of giving informed consent 2. Pregnant and nursing woman 3. contraindication for iodine-containing contast agents 4. impaired renal function 5. claustrophobic patients

Determination of the diagnostic accuracy of 3 independent, different low-dose CT protocols in comparison to the established standard CT protocol as part of a CT examination.
