Inclusion criteria: - healthy - able to run 10 km - 18 to 30 years old - male- - popular sportsman

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - smoking - chronic desease - female - vegane nutrition - taking drugs

Sceletal Muscle regeneration. Analysis by determination of serum cratinekinase before and 3 and 24 h after exercise. Analysis alo by measurement of leg force before and 24h after exercise.
