Group 1: Participants of study are EMT (emergeny medical technichan), EMD (emergency medical doctor) and emergency call dispatcher in Central Hesse. All professionals is offered a questionaire to see

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All EMD (emergency medical doctor) and EMT (emergency medical technician) in the center part of Hesse.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: non consent

Primary

Measure	Time frame
Improvement of grade point average as a result of both questionnaires. These questionnaires (one before and one after training) were developed by the team as a part of the study.	—

Improvement of practical aspects e.g. installation of a safe and compliant communication tool for SPHC (specialized palliative home care team) teams and EMS (emergeny medical service).	—
