Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 years and more Refractive Errors: -8 Diopters till +6Dpt with or without astigmatism

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age 60 years Diseased optical nerve, Cornea, lens, or Sklera Amblyopia, Strabism, Nystagmus Intake of pharmaceuticals that might sensitize the Retina: Chloroquin, Hydroxychloroquin, Mefloquin, Vigabatrin, Deferoxamin, Chlorpromazin, Clofazimin, Cisplatin, Ethambutol, Indomethacin, Phenothiazine, Interferon-a, Tamoxifen, Digoxin, Nicotinic acid, Rifabutin, Sildenafil, Vardenafil, Canthaxanthin, Gabapentin, Amiodarone, Nefazodone, Retinoids Bad compliance Concomitant participation in a pharmaceutical trial
