Group 1: About 250 men, between 18 and 64 years old, that are or were recently under treatment for depression or burnout, will answer standardized questionnaires about maleness and depression or burno

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: men, between 18 and 64 years old, that are or were recently under treatment for depression or burnout
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Men with adolescence crises and dementia are excluded. Furthermore, no severe internal or neurological disease, no schizophrenic disorder or psychotic experiences and no primary diagnosis of addiction disease or severe personality disorder should be present.

Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI-GS-D) 3. work-related behaviour and experience scale (AVEM) 4. Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ) 5. 12-Item Short Form Health Survey (SF-12) 6. Internalized Stigma of Mental Illness Scale (ISMI) 7. Perceived Devaluation-Discrimination Questionnaire (PDDQ) 8. Bem Sex Role Inventory (BSRI) 9. Male Role Norms Scale (MRNS) 10. 8-item Client Satisfaction Questionnaire (ZUF-8). Structured qualitative interviews will be performed with a subsample of survey participants and mental health care staff. | — |
