Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Community dwelling elderly men - age between 65-90 years old - able to walk - provided written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Limited speech comprehension acute infection, deep veine thrombosis, alcohol/drug abuse, pacemaker, acute injuries of the muskuloskeletal system, recent surgery, increased individual risk
