Group 1: Subjects spend 24 hours in the sleep lab, where they are allowed to sleep between 23:00 and 7:00 h. Blood samples for measurement of the migration potential of T cells are collected every 4 h

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Body mass index between 20 - 25 kg/m2, non-smokers
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Acute or chronic illness, shift or night work in the last 6 weeks, sleep disorders, smoking, drug intake (except contraceptives)
