Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: general healthy, at least 20 Teeth, with at least 6 periodontal pockets of more than 4mm probing depth, nonsmoker

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: smoker, pregnancy, breast feeding, serious illness

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
At the beginning an after 6 weeks there are measured: periodontal status: Probing depth of the periodontal pockets at 6 sites per tooth

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
At the beginning and 6 weeks afterwards there are measured: PISA = periodontal inflamed surface area, GI and PI (Gingivainde and Plaqueindex Silness-Loe) and the evaluation of the observance of the nutritional advices. the nutritional diaries of both groups are evaluated according to: Vitamin C and D, carbohydrates-reduction, omega 3-fatty acids, antioxidants
