Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients: 1.) Patients with the diagnoses ICD-Code C50.x, D05.x, D24.x or N60.x and a surgery for this reason 2.) Surgery was during the present hospital stay 3.) Discharge is during survey period (variation between breast cancer center hospitals) 4.) German language skills Employees: 1.) Gender: both, male and female 2.) All employees involved in the discharge process (following a definition of the breast cancer centers: approx. 10-50 employees per hospital)

MeasureTime frame
Three measurement points (before-after-follow-up study design): Time measurement with a stopwatch: duration of the discharge process and each process step; Patient questionnaire (day of discharge and 14 days afterwards): information and consultation concerning the discharge, assessment of the discharge process; Employee questionnaire: assessment of the discharge process

MeasureTime frame
Patiet questionnaire: assessment of processes in the breast cancer center, gerneral satisfaction, assessment of information about medication within discharge process; Eomployee questionnaire: job satisfaction, work and process organization, lack in information and planning
