Group 1: Immature oocytes retrieved during the preparation of ovarian cortical tissue prior to cryopreservation will be matured in vitro and cryopreserved.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients whose ovarian tissue is cryopreserved for fertility preservation. Patients and partners able to provide informed consent. Firm relationship. Age of the patient 18-43 years. Age of the partner from 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: postmenopausal patients, patients under age, partners under age, patients without firm relationship
