Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients treated by the PHV and its associated physicians, who perform a home dialysis procedure.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Existing health restrictions of the patient or the caregiver that make it difficult/prevent use of the app (e.g. cognitive restrictions, severe visual impairment, severe tremor, organizational problems, etc.) according to the assessment of the caregiver.
