Military burden that can cause various symptoms, such as Lower Back Pain and muscular Overloads. This can cause diseases of the musculoskeletal system.
Conditions
Interventions
Group 1: The study participants are measured before and after a 12 km march in order to document changes. During the march, participants carry no equipment. The screenings are implemented with Diers 4

Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Completion of 3 marches / test persons, 20 test persons (60 marches), followed by an evaluation to detect statistically significant changes using the t-test / Wilcoxon of the spine. Before and after each march, the measured values ??listed below are collected. static and dynamic measurement of the spine: sagittal plane trunk tilt[°] Kyphosis angle(ICT-ITL) [°] Kyphosis apex [mm] Lordosis angle (ITL-ILS) [°] Lordosis apex [mm] Fleche lombaire [mm] Fleche cervical [mm] Pelvic tilt[°] frontal plane Lateral Pelvic Tilt [mm] Pelvic torsion [°] Solder deviation [mm] scoliosis average side deviation Proc. spinosus rms [mm] Rotation rms [°] Hull length VPDM [mm] static and dynamic measurement of the foot: Surface [cm²] left Right COP-deflection [cm] medio-lateral movement anterior-posterior-movement movement total distance covered Speed Surface | — |

| Measure | Time frame |

| Termination of the marches of a subject due to intolerable pain. Collection of data and subsequent evaluation with the help of a majority standard to register deviations. Data is no longer used to register statistical significance between groups.
