Interventions

Group 1: The study participants are measured before and after a 12 km march in order to document changes. During the march, participants carry no equipment. The screenings are implemented with Diers 4

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Signing the Declaration of Consent and the Enlightenment, Male Soldiers, no known diagnosis according to International Classification of Diseases - Diseases of the musculoskeletal system and connective tissue (ICD-10 GM)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diseases of the musculoskeletal system Disorders of the audiovisual and vestibular system Diseases that affect the gait, posture and physical performance

Completion of 3 marches / test persons, 20 test persons (60 marches), followed by an evaluation to detect statistically significant changes using the t-test / Wilcoxon of the spine.
