Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children between 1 and 7 years of age scheduled for elective outpatient adenotomy with or without myringotomy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ASA classification = 3, critical illness with hemodynamic instability, active bleeding, mental retardation or language barrier of parents or legal guardian of the child
