Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: elective, microlaryngeal surgery written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA status > III; COPD stadium > GOLD II; known valvular heart disease; implanted cardioverter/defibrillator, pacemaker or other active implants; planned laser surgery; anticipated difficult airway with planned fibreoptic intubation; emergency procedure; participation of the patient in other studies concerning intraoperative ventilation
