Inclusion criteria: • Adult subjects = 18 years • Main residence in Germany • Written consent to participate in the study • Access to Internet-enabled terminals for the online survey • Participants with / without skin cancer history

Exclusion criteria: • Lack of consent • Age at the beginning of studies <18 years • Main residence not in Germany • Lack of access to Internet-enabled terminals

Aims: • Feasibility of a patient questionnaire to determine their level of knowledge and recognition of signs and symptoms of skin cancer. • Comparative evaluation of awareness of skin cancer recognition and prevention between two groups of participants (with/without diagnosis). • Identify common misconceptions regarding sun protection.

• Determine if there is a notable variation of skin cancer awareness resp. sun protection myths (prevention knowledge and behaviour) between the participating groups
