Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Perceived Stress Scale scores

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Younger than 18 years old, no access to a smartphone using Android 4.4 or above

After 18 days: Stress level as assessed with the Perceived Stress Scale questionnaire using an online assessment tool

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
After 18 days: Depression as assessed with the Patient Health Questionnaire- 9 using an online assessment tool. Emotion regulation skills as assessed with Emotion Regulation Skills Questionnaire (ERSQ-27) via an online portal. Well-being as assessed with the WHO-5 Well-Being Index (WHO-5) via an online portal. App and biofeedback usage data.
