Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: At-risk drinking (>12/24 g alcohol/d and/or >= 1 binge-drinking episode in the last 30 days) and/or regular smoking behavior (>= 1 CPD)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: mild, moderate or severe forms of depressive symptoms, alcohol use disorder (AUDIT>20)

7-day point prevalence abstinence from smoking at posttest (end of programme/week 6)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
7-day point prevalence abstinence based on smoking behaviour at 1-, 3-, 6- and 12-months follow-up; drinking level (average number of drinking days per week, average number of standard drinks per drinking day) (<= 12/24g alcohol per day); adherence (at least 50%) (CS-I and CS-Iec condition)
