Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ability to give consent, positive diagnosis of seropositive rheumatoid arthritis (ICD-10 M05.8), start of therapy, change of therapy or therapy escalation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Forseeability of the patient not being able to attend a year of treatment, lack of proficiency in the German language, patients suffering from unstabilized concomitant disease, no ability to give consent

MeasureTime frame
health related quality of life (RAID), patient satisfaction (ZAP). The questionnaires will be administered at baseline, 24 (+/- 6 weeks), and 52 (+/- 6 weeks) weeks.

MeasureTime frame
Rheumatoid arthritis disease acitivity, measured by the change in DAS28 scores during the course of 12 months
