Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Multimorbidity, i.e. the presence of at least two diseases requiring treatment, Age = 70 years, Stay in one of the participating clinics for in-patient treatment, The patient's ability to consent, written informed consent of the patient to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age < 70 years, There is no illness or only one illness requiring treatment, no declaration of consent to participate in the study, Presence of a language barrier, Insufficient compliance (with uncontrolled alcoholism, drug addiction), patient incapable of consent, other reasons at the discretion of the investigator.

Duration of the survey of the Multidimensional Prognostic Index per patient, surveyed after the complete geriatric assessment by means of MPI (comprising: Activities of Daily Living, Instrumental Activities Of Daily Living, Short Portable Mental Status Questionnaire, Mini-Nutritional Assessment - Short Form, Exton-Smith-Scale, Cumulative Index Rating Scale-Comorbidity Index).
