Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Written informed consent has been signed prior to or at Screening Visit Obese patients who meet the German Society of Surgery S3-Guideline criteria for bariatric surgery in order to gain weight loss Age between 18 and 99 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Conditions that might interfere with the ability to understand the study and thus giving informed consentSimultaneous participation in another clinical study or participation in another clinical study in the 30 days directly preceding inclusionsuspected lack of compliance

Assessment of the efficacy of the bariatric-surgical procedure (endoscopic sleeve gastrectomy) to reduce the number and variety of skin changes pre- (timepoint 0) and post surgery (timepoints 3,6,12 months) by clinical examination (documentation of the clinical findings) and questionaires. Assessment of the quantity of hair loss following bariatric surgery (Trichoscan exam at the above mentioned timepoints).	—
