Inclusion criteria: rheumatoide arthritis informed consent treatment with abatacept treatment start after 01.01.2015

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: prior therapy with ritxuimab, JAk-Inhibitors, cyclophosphamide malignant disease

Changes in B cell compartment and titers of autoantibodies: - blood specimens drawn 3, 6 and 12 month after start of therapy will be analyzed for a, B cell subpopulations (naive, marginal zone, memory) b, titers of ccP-antibodies
