Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: People with a dementia who live and be cared in their home in Düsseldorf, as well as their Caregivers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute extraneous or endangering of people with dementia. Cognitive impairment, which is not caused by dementia. People with dementia who are living in a stationary setting.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Use of low-threshold aids to prevent crises / violence in domestic life in the care of people with dementia. The offer can be called up by the parties concerned, as long as the need exists within a period of 12 months.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Qualification of the main and voluntary employees of the dementia network. Awareness raising / counseling of Caregivers of people with dementia, who are cared for in domestic life, in dealing with crises and violence.
