Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - physicians of various disciplines (e.g. cardiodology, neonatology, neuropediatrics, oncology, other disciplines) - potential responsibility of physicians for the assignment of pediatric patients with life-threatening disease to a palliative team
