Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - At least 70 years old - Multimorbide (= at least 2 diseases requiring treatment) - Able to consent - communication capability - Patient in recruitment practice
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Less than 70 years old - No multimorbidity - no ability to consent - Patient is unable to communicate
