Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: probands from acute care healthcare teams (e.g. physicians, nursing staff), adequate german language skills

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: inadequate german language skills, staff from intensive care units, pediatrics

Safety-related behavior regarding teamwork, error management and patient involvement measured by online questionnaires to vignetts at three measurement time points (pre, post, follow-up)
