Group 1: Patients whose elbow instability has been refixed by anchor only will be invited for follow-up. At one-time clinical follow-up after at least 12 months and a maximum of 4 years after surgery,

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Men and women with completed 18.Lebensjahr -operative treatment of elbow instability with and without internal bracing in DIAKOVERE Friederikenstift -Minimum follow-up 12 months -Maximum follow-up 4 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Diseases or injuries that affect arm strength or elbow function -Immunosuppressive therapy

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary goal is to record the range of motion in extension and flexion.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The secondary goal is to assess stability using an ultrasound scan for humeral-radial deployment.
