Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Treatment in Universitäts-Notfallzentrum in Freiburg during investigation period - Assign to team internal medicine, neurology, urology, visceral surgery - Assign to Emergency Severity Index (ESI) category 1, 2 or 3 - Time since patient-intake in emergency department 18 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Assign to team trauma surgery or plastic surgery - Assign to Emergency Severity Index (ESI) category 4 or 5 - Time since patient-intake in emergency department >60min - Patient age <18 years - Intubated / mechanically ventilated patients - hospital- acquired sepsis
