Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Arabic speaking Access to iphone (min iOS8) while in treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: extensive, current suicidality severe depressive symptoms (BDI > 28) other parallel psycho therapeutic treatment
