Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: on practice level: primary care activity; practice owner is willing to participate in the workshops
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: On practice level: practice not primarily active in Primary care (e.g. active in psychotherapy or pain therapy); participation in the development of the intervention or feasibility study; foreseeable exceptional situation (i.e. maternity leave, retirement of the practice owner)
