Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients: obesity class 2 and 3 (BMI>35); controls: BMI<30

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Insufficient knowledge of the German language, intellectual deficit, psychosis, acute substance dependence, learning or developmental disorder, neurological disease, cranial brain injury, sensory impairment

Primary

MeasureTime frame
IGT-net score (number of favourable card draws minus number of unfavourable card draws) measures the decision-making behaviour of patients with the Iowa gambling task(IGT).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secondary endpoint is the group comparison of the two learning curves (1. vs. 2. IGT version), depicting implicit learning and emotional feedback processing during the test run. The questionnaires are used for the descriptive description of the sample and to be able to control potential confounders afterwards.
