Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: On the appointed examination day, either patient in the hospital under investigation or resident in the nursing home under investigation or patient in the outpatient medical practice under investigation

MeasureTime frame
Presentation of the type and frequency of multiresistant bacteria in Saxony by swab specimens in the period from August 2017 to December 2018. These are always point prevalence studies on a previously determined day of investigation in different medical institutions.

MeasureTime frame
Correlation between possible risk factors and MRE colonization by comparing the laboratory results to MRE-colonization and the related participant questionnaire on risk factors - formulate possibly extended screening recommendations
