Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • femal patients • post mastectomy • patients are scheduled for a breast reconstrucion via DIEAP flap • patient's written consent for the operation • patient's written consent to paticipate in the study • patient over 18 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • prior abdominal surgery that exclude DIEAP flaps (e.g. abdominoplasty) • no written consent for the operation • no written consent to participate in the study • patient under 18 years old

MeasureTime frame
The following parameters will be assessed: heat distribution / heat zones of the abdominal wall before, during and after surgery by using a smartphone-connectable infrared camera; Furthermore the results of thermographic imaging will be compared with conventional methods (MR angiography, hand-held Doppler ultrasound).
