Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: 20-65 years Diagnosis: rheumatoid Arthritis (according to ACR/EULAR-criteria) Duration of disease: 6 months to 10 years Disease activity: "low activity" (CDAI 5-10)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Steroid-Therapy Gravidity Fever neurological diseases Infection in the past 14 days planed or expected change in immunmodulating medication

Primary

Measure	Time frame
Relative numbers of 28 negativ T-helper cells measured through fluorescence flow-cytometry (FACS). Probes are collected in week 0, 8 and 12. The final follow-up is in week 12.	—
