Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who underwent surgery at the department of otorhinolaryngology at the University Medical Center Ulm due to a tumor in the main nasal cavity or paranasal sinus between 2006 and 2016.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who weren't able to come to the department of otorhinolaryngology due to their health condition.

MeasureTime frame
The study analyses the influence of an operative therapy of malignant neoplasms in the main nasal cavity or paranasal sinus on the clinical progress and the quality of life. Concerning this an endoscopy of the nose, a rhinomanometry, an acoustic rhinometry and a smelling and tasting test is performed. The quality of life is analysed with the SNOT and NOSE questionnaires. The follow-up, including the already mentioned examinations, are carried out for each patient.
