Inclusion criteria: Consent can be given, Suspected diagnosis of a neurodegenerative disease

Exclusion criteria: Contraindiciations for PET imaging

| Individual proxies of the cognitive reserve will once be determined by means of different questionnaires (Lifetime Experience Questionnaire, MeDI Questionnaire, Questionnaire regarding schooling, social environment, RS-13 Resilience Questionnaire, Historical Leisure Activity Questionnaire) on the day of the routine PET examination. In addition, on the day of the routine PET examination, two peripheral blood samples will be taken, which will be assess for epigenetic changes. The acquired cognitive reserve measures and the epigenetic information will then be linked to the PET imaging parameters. | — |
