Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The aim of this study is the simultaneous recording of aortic pressure and peripheral pulse wave of at least 8 cardiac cycles when the catheter is filled with a water solution for undamped signal transmission to the pressure transducer of the catheter unit

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Signal recording in women and men with the vessel states healthy, endothelial dysfunction, and sclerotic in the age classes 21-30, 31-40, 41-50, 51-60, and >=61 years
