Group 1: intervention group with immidiate access to a e-coach guided internet-based intervention for test anxiety developed according to the principles of Acceptance and Commitment therapy (e. g. dea

access to same internet-based training as intervention group after waiting period of 8 weeks

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: high test anxiety (test anxiety inventory >60); at least 18 Jears old; enrolled as a college/university student

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: not currently in psychotherapy

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Test anxiety according to the test anxiety inventory; data collection before randomisation and also 8 weeks thereafter.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Depression (PHQ-9), anxiety (GAD-7), stress (PSQ), self-efficacy (SWE, WIRKSTUD), quality of life (SF-12), intervention satisfaction (ZUF-8), adherence (number of completed modules), acceptance (APOI); data collection before randomisation and 8 weeks thereafter as well as 16 weeks after for the waiting-list control group
