Interventions

Group 1: Narrative interviews with employed family caregivers providing care to both children and adult relatives will be conducted to explore the lived experience of their living situation

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Persons who are working at least 10 hours per week, providing care for at least one underaged child and one or more care-dependent persons (emotional support, hands-on care and/or instrumental support) will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Underaged persons and persons incapable to give informed consent because of language barriers will be excluded from this study.
