| The aim of this study is the complete polysomnographic recording of night- and daytime sleep phases during diagnostic investigations in patients admitted for the first time to the sleep laboratory with the suspect of having sleep apnoea. This is a prerequisite for the comparison of quantitative sleep parameters between nighttime and daytime sleep and for the severity of a possible wrong assessment of sleep quality when only the the nighttime sleep is taken into account as it is done in sleep laboratory standard routine. | — |
