Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - diagnosis OCD (ICD-10: F42) - age: 18-70 years - informed consent - willing to take part in Metacognitive Training for OCD - group ability (rating of practicioner)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - lifetime psychosis or affective-psychotic symptoms - macroscopic brain alteration (diagnosis, organic brain incidents are assessed) - substance addiction
