Group 1: Persons with active firing practice, for at least 3 years 3x per week and at least 40 weeks per year. The last exposition should not dates back longer than 1 week.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Non-smoker or ex-smoker (persons not smoking for at least 11 years and less than 10 PY (=pack years), never-smoker - Employee of the Berlin police
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Known pulmonary disease that requires permanent medication - Known liver or kidney disease
