Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - adequate trauma - isolated extremity pain - suspect of extremity fracture

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - obvious deformity - open fracture - suspect of nerve/vascular lesion - suspect of pathological fracture - uncooperative patient - no parent present

MeasureTime frame
Aim of the study is the detection/exclusion of secondary deformation in fracture treatment. After 0, 8, 42 and 90 days a clinical examination, sonography and x-ray imaging is performed. It is checked whether x-rax imaging reveals a deformation which is not seen in the ultrasound image. The findings are recorded with standardized formulars.
