Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Doctors enclosed in this study have to be registered in the database of the Medical Association North-Rhine (Kassenärztliche Vereinigung Nordrhein) as a GP.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: All doctors who are no GPs as well as pediatricians were excluded.
