Group 1: Hems Crew Members based in Duisburg (Germany) All members of the helicopter Crew (HEMS) creating an profile of strain during a full working day (EKG)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: HEMS (Helicopter Emergency Medical Service), Age 18-60 Signed consent declaration of proband after education

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diseases affecting myocardial function (myocardial infarction < 6 weeks, heard failure (NYHA II or higher, EF < 50 at rest), valvular defect) Cardiac illness (exceptional mild treated hypertention)
